Summer 2010 Nail Color-Blue

If you see Chanel's Nouvelle Vague Le Vernis Nail Color anywhere, grab it. This sold out Limited Edition color is the hottest thing since last year's Jade. We of course bought it the day it arrived. This is summer's best catch-a blue that is bold, but wearable. Spring 2010 Nail Color: Lavender

Lavender is my favorite nail polish color for spring and summer. This color is the hot new thing. It doesn't get more chic than Essie's Lilacism. It's sweet and reminds me of a polish that Sex and the City's Charlotte would adore. It's sophisticated but playful. Who could ask for more?

Summer 2010 Nail Color-Hot Pink

This new summer collection from Chanel is sensational. Riviera, a hot pink from the new Les Pop-Up Collection, is the perfect summer color. It will look wonderful with a tan, with gold or silver jewelry, and with summer colors. I'll wear this nail polish with a black linen sheath and Chanel sunglasses around DC for a classic summer look. If you are looking for chic and wearable nail colors that are subtle and classic, I love these two new colors by Chanel. Inattendu is a fleshy beige and Tendresse is a neutral pink. Both can be worn sheer or achieve an opaque look with more coats. Both are elegant choices for manicures or pedicures.
